Handmade by Pallarès-Solsona.  Crafted out of carbon steel for the blade and wood for the handle. Measures approximately 10 cm for the blade, 20 cm in total length.  Each one is unique and one-of-a-kind.  

Available in Ebony "Noir", Cherry, Green Oak, Olive wood and Boxwood.
