What payment methods do you accept?
At Grovian, we currently accept payments via PayPal.
PayPal allows you to securely pay with your PayPal account or use your credit/debit card through PayPal without creating an account.
What is your shipping policy?
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)
Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery Time: 4–5 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Costs: FREE shipping on all orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package via the carrier’s website or through our Track Your Order page on Grovian.shop.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Confirm your shipping address.

Check all possible delivery locations.

Ask neighbors or family if they accepted the package.
If it’s still missing, contact the courier with your tracking number.
Once confirmed as lost, please email Support@Grovian.shop with your order number — we’ll reship your item or issue a refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 8 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the item and your order number when emailing Support@Grovian.shop — we’ll replace or refund your order promptly.
I accidentally placed a duplicate order. Can one be cancelled?
Yes — please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at Support@Grovian.shop (subject: “Duplicate Order - Cancel”) or call (510) 580-5330.
If the order has already shipped, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Contact Support@Grovian.shop to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of reason.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
I haven’t received my tracking number yet.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of placement.
Tracking details are typically sent 3–4 days after shipment.
Please check your spam/junk folder or search “Grovian” in your inbox before contacting us.
UPS says my tracking number is invalid.
Tracking numbers become active once UPS scans your package.
If your number shows as invalid, please try again later in the day or the next business day.

My order hasn’t arrived after 8 days — what should I do?
Orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days.
However, delays may occur due to logistics or stock availability.
Use your tracking number on our Track Your Order page for real-time updates.
Why is no one answering the phone?
Due to high call volumes, you might experience longer wait times.
Please stay on the line for at least 10 minutes before hanging up.
Alternatively, email Support@Grovian.shop — we reply within 24 hours during business hours.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement (before shipment).

I emailed but haven’t received a response.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
If you haven’t received a reply, please check your spam folder or call us directly.
