Crafted by Mauviel.  Measures 20 cm in diameter, 4 quart.  Made of copper with a stainless steel interior.  Fitted with a brass handle.  Lid is included.  

This copper sauce pan is essential in the kitchen and it’s one of our favorites that we use every day. We use it to blanch vegetables, poaching pears, and for making sauces and gougères.
