Crafted by Mauviel.  Available in three sizes (Large - Measures 60 cm x 15 cm, Medium - Measures 50 cm x 13 cm, Small - Measures 45 cm x 11 cm).

Each version includes a thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm.  Made of copper and lined with a tin interior.  Fitted with brass handles.  Straight edge.  Rack and lid included.  

This fish poacher in crafted by hand and is a beautiful addition to any kitchen.  It is used to poach an entire fish.
