Crafted by Mauviel.  Measures 30 cm in diameter and 60 cm in total length.  Made of copper with a stainless steel interior.  Fitted with a brass handle.

This pan is specifically made for making classic French crêpes.  The low sides enable the cook to easily flip the crêpe right in the pan.
